NH-U14S • Rozměry: výška 165 mm, bez ventilátoru váží 770 g (935 g včetně) • Pasivem probíhá šestice heatpipe, dosahuje i s ventilátorem NF A-15 šířky 78 mm, což by mělo zaručovat 100% kompatibilitu i s vysokými pamětmi. • Maximální otáčky ventilátoru dosahují 1500 ot./min., při použití dodávaného L.N.A. klesnou trvale na 1200 ot./min. a PWM regulace je dokáže snížit dle potřeby až na 300 ot./min. • Při maximálních otáčkách by hlučnost neměla přesáhnout 24,6 dB(A) a s L.N.A. by se měla pohybovat těsně pod hranicí 19,2 dB(A). • Životnost je 150 000 hodin MTBF. • Obsah balení: L.N.A., teplovodivá pasta NT-H1 a úchytný systém SecuFirm2., který podporuje všechny v součastnosti používané patice včetně Intel LGA 1150 či AMD FM2.
